Welcome to the website of Plumbing Services in South Lebanon, PA. By accessing this website or engaging our services via telephone at (207) 419-2600, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Plumbing Services
We provide residential and commercial plumbing repairs, maintenance, drain cleaning, water heater servicing, and pipe replacement throughout South Lebanon Township and designated service areas in Lebanon County, PA. All mechanical services are performed in accordance with applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Uniform Construction Code (PA UCC) and local municipal authority regulations.
2. Upfront Pricing & Estimates
Prior to commencing mechanical repair or installation work, our technicians evaluate the plumbing system and provide upfront pricing. Work begins only upon customer authorization. If concealed mechanical defects, structural obstacles, or unpermitted legacy piping are uncovered during the repair, the technician will explain necessary adjustments before proceeding.
3. Property Owner Access & Water Shutoff
Property owners are responsible for providing safe, unobstructed access to water meters, main shutoff valves, cleanouts, water heaters, and affected fixtures. In emergency situations involving active flooding, the customer is strongly encouraged to isolate the main water supply valve if safe to do so.
4. Limitation of Liability
While we take extraordinary care to protect customer property, we are not liable for pre-existing structural decay, uninsulated wall cavities resulting in freeze fractures, or brittle legacy piping (including aged galvanized steel or thin-wall copper) that fails outside the immediate repair zone during normal mechanical servicing.
5. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
